Upon placing of an order by you, we will process the order in commercially reasonable manner. We will endeavor to process your order within 2-3 days after receiving your order confirmation. We will notify you once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

Shipping of products will be done by the method indicated in the order. Title and risk of loss for any or all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Safari Bags shipment to the shipping carrier.

You confirm that the address at which delivery of the product(s) ordered by You is to be made, is correct and proper in all aspects. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by You (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information or non-availability of recipient), any extra cost incurred by us for re-delivery shall be claimed from You and You shall bear such expenses. Further, we shall not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to any mishandling by any third-party delivery services provider in transit.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges may vary depending upon the size of the packaging, product, location and other factors. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Delivery

The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Delivery

Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.

Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-10 business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or postal services usually between [9] a.m – [7] p.m.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email [and/or WhatsApp] notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@safari.in with your name and order number, so that we can take appropriate steps to resolve your issue.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by you, at our discretion, regardless of whether such order has been confirmed and/or the payment regarding that order has been received. Any payment made by you shall be refunded completely upon cancellation.

You may cancel any order placed by you before the order has been dispatched.

Return Policy & Process

Safari Bags is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order by clicking on the return order tab.

You shall return the defective product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with original tags and the invoice for a refund.  For the refund on the returned defective product please check the section on Refund.

Return Process

Return Window: You can return a product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: The product must be in unused condition, in its original packing along with original tags and invoice. The original packaging should be intact.

Condition: Safari Bags delivery partner will make 3 attempts to pick-up the order. If the Safari Bags delivery partner is not able to pick-up the order in the 3 attempts due to your unavailability, the return request shall stand cancelled.

Return Charges

Domestic Order: Our courier partner will collect the order from provided address (within India). You need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.

Refund Policy

Safari Bags shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

Safari Bags assures a swift refund process for returned products. Your refund will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of receipt of the product.

Refund Process

Online Payment Orders - Refunds are credited directly to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, UPI, etc.).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders - For COD returns, refunds will either be credited to your account in the form of Safari Bags gift voucher/ coupon, which can be used for future purchases.

Exchange
