I liked the quality fabric of the bag, chains are sturdy, bag is spacious with a good amount of compartments, bag has nice finishing and very comfortable on back but some things i didn't much pleasing was that the inside and back chain were different and lower quality than rest, should have used same chain in all compartments, bags back side should have 2 inches of cloth stitching instead of foam and net all the way to below to increase durability and laptop pocket should have above stitching instead of all the way to bottom so it could absorb the impact for laptop and keep it from damage.
These were my opinions and suggestions but overall I think I am very happy with this product.
